PLEASE NOTE: You are purchasing a rebottled decant of the original fragrance, not a full bottle of fragrance in the original packaging. Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted under any circumstance.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective (i.e. the atomizer does not work) or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact me at olenasaromas@outlook.com.
The most common resolution for such issues is to ship a replacement or issue a refund of the purchase price.
Orders that have already been shipped out cannot be canceled.
Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays, or any lost, stolen or damaged packages. However, we offer Route shipping protection for a small additional cost so that you have piece of mind for your order. If you choose to opt out of Route shipping protection, orders shipped via UPS or USPS are insured up to $100 in value and a claim may be filed with them for lost or undelivered packages.
