Amazing customer service and packaging! I originally placed my order using the wrong credit card and address, so I emailed to cancel, and to my pleasant surprise, my order was cancelled within minutes! So, that was really helpful.
Everything was packaged sooo cute and very thoughtfully. Each perfume came with a dedicated testing paper with all the notes printed on it. Every bottle was filled to the brim, I don't know how Olena does it without spilling a drop, but wow. There is only a tiny air bubble in each one. The sprayers are very nice too. And my order came with free samples?! This is why you support small businesses! Exceptional quality of everything.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about your shop. The fragrances I ordered were great and came promptly. But beyond that, everything was packaged beautifully, came with two free decants (!), and there was a custom scent card for each fragrance I ordered. It felt so much more special than just getting a box of decants! :)
